Product Exchange
⦁ Products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.
⦁ Products must be in their original condition.
⦁ Proof of purchase is a prerequisite.
⦁ Exchanges are made based on the value of the product when it was purchased.
⦁ No exchanges are made for products on offer or used products.
⦁ To proceed with an exchange, you must first contact customer service by phone or email.
⦁ For each subsequent exchange within the same order, there is an automatic shipping charge (€4.00 / shipment).
Refunds
⦁ If you wish to receive a refund, you must first contact our call center.
⦁ The package must be returned at the sender's expense within 14 working days from the day it was received.
⦁ Shipping can be done with any courier you wish, however, for your better service, we recommend ACS, with whom we cooperate.
⦁ For orders where payment has been made via Debit/Credit card or PayPal, refunds are made to the corresponding account.
⦁ Refunds are made for the net value of the products. If the product was purchased with a discount, the refund amount is the amount for which the product was purchased. Any other charges for courier services are not refunded.
* Returns will not be accepted with recipient's charge or without communication with the relevant returns department.
Shipping Methods
We send products via courier company (ACS) to your door. Alternatively, you can pick up via BoxNow at the locker of your choice.

- BoxNow: €2.50
Free Shipping throughout Greece (For orders over €70.00)
Free Shipping where there is a BoxNow Locker (For orders over €70.00).

a) Confirmation of your order within 1-2 working days, depending on the day and time the order was placed.
b) Delivery within 1 to 3 working days from the confirmation of your order.
